WHAT MEASURES IS BREWKSEL TAKING AGAINST COVID19?

Saving you a trip to the supermarket, Brewksel is convinced we are contributing to limiting the spread of COVID19. Dropping your beverages at your doorstep, we aim to avoid contact with our customers and wash our hands with disinfectant soap at every drop.

WHAT TO DO WITH EMPTY GLASS BOTTLES?

Our bottles are recyclable but not returnable. You must therefore bring them to the bottle banks.

WHAT SHIPPING FEES DOES BREWKSEL APPLY?

We use a flat shipping fee of 5€ per boxes of 12 beers.

WHERE DOES BREWKSEL DELIVER?

Brewksel is a startup from Brussels. We currently deliver anywhere in Brussels and surroundings. If you live outside our delivery zone, we’ll ship your order using traditional carriers.

WHEN DOES BREWKSEL DELIVER?

At Brewksel we aim to provide convinient delivery. For consumers, we perform our deliveries during the afternoon/night to ensure a higher delivery rate. We try our best to get your order at your doorstep within 3 days.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I’M NOT HOME ON DELIVERY?

In case that we miss each other, we’ll first try to leave your parcel in the lobby of your building or at a neighbor’s. If this is impossible, we’ll reschedule your delivery.

WHAT PRICES ARE DISPLAYED ON THE PLATFORM?

All prices displayed on the platform include VAT. If you make a purchase as a business, you can find your invoice linked to the order confirmation email. In case you have any question concerning the latter, don’t hesitate to reach out to us.

IS IT POSSIBLE I DID NOT RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION BY EMAIL?

Yes, there could be two possible reasons for that :

  1. The order confirmation email ended up in your spam. This sadly happens sometimes with automatic emails. Please add Brewksel to your address book, and you should be good.
  2. You accidentally inserted the wrong email address when checking out. In that case, please send us a notice with the right email address. We’ll change this for you.
